Our Story ⇾

Rise Construction Cardiff Ltd was established in 2022 with the aim of providing homeowners and businesses with reliable building services, combining skilled workmanship with a professional approach. Based between Lisvane and Pontprennau, we deliver residential and commercial construction projects throughout Cardiff, Penarth, Dinas Powys, Caerphilly and neighbouring communities.

What began as a small team has grown into a trusted local building contractor employing 10 skilled professionals with more than 100 years of combined construction experience. As we've grown, we've continued to invest in the future of the industry. In 2025, we welcomed our first apprentices in plumbing and carpentry, helping to develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Over the years, our projects have naturally evolved to include everything from home extensions and property renovations to bespoke joinery, bathroom installations, landscaping and commercial refurbishment work. Whether we're improving a family home or working within an occupied business premises, we believe every project deserves the same level of care, professionalism and attention to detail.

Working across Cardiff has taught us that no two properties or clients are the same. Every neighbourhood has its own character, and what works well for one property may not always be the right solution for another. That's why we take the time to understand our clients' goals before recommending an approach that complements both the property and the people who use it.

For us, building well also means continually improving how we operate. We invest in training, keep pace with changing building regulations and maintain affiliations with organisations including the LABC Partner Authority Scheme and the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). These affiliations help us uphold high standards of safety, compliance and professional development across every project we undertake.

Since our formation, we've completed projects for more than 200 homeowners and businesses across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Much of our growth has come through recommendations and the reputation we've built for dependable workmanship, clear communication and a straightforward, professional approach.

As we continue to grow, our aim remains the same: to be a building company that clients can rely on, delivering construction work that provides lasting value for homes, businesses and the communities we are proud to serve.
