FAQs
-
Yes! We often liaise with building control on behalf of our clients, and have built rapport with key inspectors. Whether it’s widening foundations, adding stronger beams, or making other adjustments, you can trust us to apply our expertise to ensure your project meets regulations.
-
Absolutely! We manage waste disposal for nearly all our projects. We use SGM Waste Management for skips, which are scheduled for delivery/collection on nominated days. In addition, our fleet includes a tipper vehicle, and we hold a valid Waste Carrier’s Licence, renewed every three years by Natural Resources Wales, ensuring all waste is handled safely and legally.
-
You can expect a professional and personal service from start to finish. Jon, the managing director, will begin with a friendly chat, listening carefully to your unique needs and goals. Depending on the project, he may also carry out an assessment of your property. If the visit is likely to take longer than usual, he’ll let you know in advance so you can plan accordingly.
-
We mostly use written contracts for medium-to-large sized projects and find this to be the most effective way of outlining rights and responsibilities. Further, these contracts typically cover key details such as project duration, how amendments are handled, health and safety requirements, and payment terms.
-
Absolutely! While we always aim for perfection, we understand that minor adjustments—known as snags—are sometimes required. Whether it’s touching up grout, readjusting cabinet doors, or other small finishing touches, we keep an open line of communication after the project is complete so that our clients are fully satisfied.
